By accessing this infrastructure, you acknowledge and accept the following terms without reservation. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and YAZU CORP.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease access to this platform.

2. Intellectual Property & Sovereignty

All content, architecture, design elements, and technological implementations on this platform are the exclusive property of YAZU CORP. This includes but is not limited to:

• Infinitra - Core infrastructure layer and associated protocols
• isCINEMA - Real-time streaming platform and adaptive distribution architecture
• Undercounts - Digital asset management infrastructure and licensing gateway
• The "Y" rotating logo and all visual brand elements
• Website architecture, codebase, and design system
• All proprietary terminology and technical documentation

YAZU CORP retains exclusive ownership and all associated rights to this intellectual property.

3. Authorized Use

Access to this infrastructure is granted exclusively for the following purposes:

• Institutional consultation and evaluation of YAZU CORP's ecosystem
• Submission of partnership and collaboration inquiries
• Review of legal and compliance documentation

The following activities are not authorized:

• Reverse engineering of latency protocols or infrastructure architecture
• Automated data extraction or unauthorized API access
• Security testing without prior written authorization
• Commercial exploitation of content or technical specifications
• Attempts to bypass security measures or access restricted areas

4. Service Availability

YAZU CORP operates a high-availability infrastructure designed for resilience. However:

• Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or upgrades
• YAZU CORP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without notice
• No guarantee of uninterrupted access is provided
• Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated via institutional channels

YAZU CORP is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, regardless of cause.

5. Limitation of Liability

YAZU CORP provides this infrastructure "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• YAZU CORP disclaims all warranties, express or implied
• YAZU CORP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for services (if applicable)
• Users assume all risks associated with platform usage

6. Termination Protocol

YAZU CORP reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to this infrastructure at any time, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected unauthorized use or security threats
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Operational or strategic decisions

Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these terms or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

By using this infrastructure, you irrevocably consent to this jurisdiction.

8. Modifications to Terms

YAZU CORP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
